Jim Adams has been serving customers in a variety of capacities since the age of 13 when he delivered the Washington Post to his Jefferson Village neighborhood in Fall Church Virginia.  Today, the primary focus of his life is The Passionate Enjoyment of life in Charleston SC with his wife, Cara. "The different people that have influenced my life the most have conditioned me to not only go after the most abundant life possible for my family, but to encourage others to do the same." 

Jim's true passion for customer service kicked off in 1985 as an artillery officer in the U. S. Army where delivering quality results grew into a way of life - on time, on target.   Jim left the service in 1989 to become a territory sales manager covering the state of South Carolina where he consistently exceeded sales goals for 8 consecutive years.  His focus was on helping business owners maximize thier profits from their investment in the product lines Jim was responsible for promoting.  From 1999-2002, he traveled around the country as a Senior Business Consultant for International Profit Associates out of Buffalo Grove, Illinois.  During this time, Jim helped dozens of small and medium sized businesses improve the performance of their organizations from improved profits to offering better work experiences for its employees.  Unfortunately, this took him away from his family for extended periods so Jim decided to work full time in his wife, Cara's business in 2002.  Cara had developed online visitors guides for cities in the South East most notably Charleston and Savannah.  It quickly became apparent that real estate and the internet fit together, so Jim obtained his real estate license and began serving clients at the beginning of 2005.  As Jim and Cara expected, the combination of the internet presence they had developed together, and Jim's consultive sales approach was very powerful producing over $5 million dollars in sales in the first year in the business.
